“National independence linked to socialism” is the objective, cross-cutting thread and the right choice of the Communist Party and people of Vietnam in the course of Vietnam’s revolution. In the current context of international integration, the “objective of national independence linked to socialism” remains relevant. Any distortion and negation of this objective is the effort by the hostile forces to defy the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and deny the achievements of socialism, that the Party and people of Vietnam has made.

It expresses the infinite pride and gratitude of the People to the Party, of descendants to ancestors. It is of great significance to clearly identify the distorted claims, then have resolute and effective solutions to protect the Party, State and regime. The article introduces concepts and identifications as well as suggests some solutions to fight for and protect the Party’s history on social media today.
