The reality of the revolutionary struggle by the workers and people is the foundation to testify and develop Marxism, Leninism in general and scientific socialism in particular. Therefore, the application of the Viet Nam Communist Party’s views in Party Congress and Plenum documents in general and the resolution of the 5th Plenum about “Improvement of the socialism-oriented market economic institution” in particular is very important to increase the persuasiveness and enhance the quality of teaching Socialism.
