From the guidelines and purposes of Vietnam’s revolutionary press, President Ho Chi Minh required journalists to regularly nurture revolutionary ethics, enhance ideological understanding, study politics, delve into reality, and understand the working masses. Moreover, journalists must constantly improve their abilities, hone their professional skills, and sharpen their pens.
