Abstract: Developing countries, including Vietnam, are facing significant challenges and constant threats regarding safety, cybersecurity, and national security in the context of globalization and technological development, the advent of the 4.0 industry, and the pervasive explosion of the Internet. This article describes the difficulties and challenges in ensuring safety and cybersecurity in Vietnam. It also proposes several solutions to ensure safety and cybersecurity in the national security framework of Vietnam in the current context.
