Missions of Communication Staff in Safeguarding the Party’s Ideological Foundation
Abstract: Since its inception, communication work has always held a particularly important position and role in the Party's activities, bearing the mission of construction and protection of the Party. In each revolutionary period, the contingent of cadres engaged in communication have played important roles, contributing to historically significant and meaningful achievements in the construction and defense of the Fatherland especially in the present context when our country is facing numerous difficulties and challenges, including the threat posed by the “peaceful evolution” schemes of reactionary and hostile forces both domestically and internationally. This situation requires our communication staff to elevate their professional competence and expertise to meet the demands of their tasks under new circumstances.

Building an increasingly strong intellectual workforce to meet the demands of national development in the new situation
Abstract: The intellectual workforce plays a particularly important role in policy-making processes; research, innovation, and application of science and technology as well as in the training and enhancement of the quality of human resources, preservation and development of culture and artistic creativity. Intellectuals are the workforce with the highest intellect, capacity, qualities, and creative thinking among the labor force. Recognizing the importance of this workforce, the Central Party Committee of the 10th term issued Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated August 6, 2008, on "Building an intellectual workforce during the period of national industrialization and modernization". After 15 years of implementing Resolution 27, Vietnam’s intellectual workforce has grown stronger and made practical and effective contributions to the cause of building and defending the homeland during the period of national industrialization and modernization. The new context poses new requirements, challenges, and demands specific solutions to continue building and developing an increasingly strong intellectual workforce to effectively fulfill its mission in the new situation.
Firmly maintaining the Party's close bond with the people, ensuring the Party's endless and supreme strength
Firmly maintaining the Party's close bond with the people, ensuring the Party's endless and supreme strength
Abstract: The intimate connection between the Party and the people is a rule governing the Party's existence, development, and operations. It is the source of the Party's internal strength and guarantees the Party's sole leadership role in Vietnam. Also, it is one of the five principles of organization and operation of the Party. Recognizing the importance of this principle, hostile forces always seek ways to distort the principles, exaggerate, ridicule, undermine the Party, aiming to divide the Party from the people. They provoke, separate the people from the Party's leadership, making the people distant from the Party, lose trust, and even oppose the Party. It is necessary to identify the wrong tactics of hostile forces regarding the Party principle intimately linked with the people, thereby employing countermeasures, resolutely maintaining the principles, ensuring the boundless, invincible strength of the Party.

Enhancing awareness among cadres and party members about revolutionary ethics following the spirit of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam
Abstract: Revolutionary ethics are the foremost standards for communists and for a revolutionary party. At the 13th National Congress, our Party affirmed the need to "particularly prioritize and further promote the comprehensive construction and rectification of the Party in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and personnel." Up to now, the resolutions of the 13th National Congress continue to be implemented from the central to grassroots levels, including contents about the practice of revolutionary ethics. This article focuses on clarifying the need to enhance awareness of the practice of revolutionary ethics among cadres and party members in the spirit of the 13th National Congress of the Party. This issue is related to the "clean and strong" nature of the Party, to the success of the "socialist construction" cause in our country today.
