Patriotism in the socialist revolutionary epoch completely inherits and develops the contents of traditional patriotism to a new higher degree in terms of quality. Among these contents, developing the spirit of national solidarity in national construction and defense was always his top priority. Great national unity is a revolutionary approach. Achieving great national unity is the Vietnamese revolution's long-term plan. Ho Chi Minh repeatedly affirmed: Solidarity, solidarity, great solidarity/ Success, success, great success.
