Ho Chi Minh’s philosophy of development
Abstract: As a great thinker, Ho Chi Minh has developed a unique philosophy of development, which is closely related to proletarian revolution, the birth and leadership of Vietnam’s Communist Party. By inheriting the glorious tradition of national construction and protection, analyzing the development model of several countries in the world and applying Marxism principles creatively, Ho Chi Minh created a social development model in Vietnam with suitable and effective philosophy, which are theoretically and practically relevant to the current cause of national renovation and development.

Some solutions to improve the quality of online political theory education at universities in Vietnam in the context of the current industrial revolution 4.0
Abstract: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has been having strong and deep effects on all fields of social life, including higher education in general and political theory education in particular. In the development trend of the era, universities in Vietnam are comprehensively renovating and implementing online training method to meet the needs of developing high-quality human resources in the digital era. Online training is considered an optimal choice in the current context. The article mentions the advantages and disadvantages when applying the online training method in political theory subjects to students of the universities in Vietnam and proposes some basic solutions to improve the quality of political theory education at universities in Vietnam in the context of the current Industrial Revolution 4.0.

In each revolutionary period, the contingent of cadres engaged in communication have played important roles, contributing to historically significant and meaningful achievements in the construction and defense of the Fatherland especially in the present context when our country is facing numerous difficulties and challenges, including the threat posed by the “peaceful evolution” schemes of reactionary and hostile forces both domestically and internationally. This situation requires our communication staff to elevate their professional competence and expertise to meet the demands of their tasks under new circumstances.

Building an increasingly strong intellectual workforce to meet the demands of national development in the new situation
Abstract: The intellectual workforce plays a particularly important role in policy-making processes; research, innovation, and application of science and technology as well as in the training and enhancement of the quality of human resources, preservation and development of culture and artistic creativity. Intellectuals are the workforce with the highest intellect, capacity, qualities, and creative thinking among the labor force. Recognizing the importance of this workforce, the Central Party Committee of the 10th term issued Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated August 6, 2008, on "Building an intellectual workforce during the period of national industrialization and modernization". After 15 years of implementing Resolution 27, Vietnam’s intellectual workforce has grown stronger and made practical and effective contributions to the cause of building and defending the homeland during the period of national industrialization and modernization. The new context poses new requirements, challenges, and demands specific solutions to continue building and developing an increasingly strong intellectual workforce to effectively fulfill its mission in the new situation.
