Abstract: Journal of Political Theory and Communication is a scientific journal of the Academy of Journalism and Communication (AJC) affiliated with Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. The journal has always determined its political responsibilities to protect the Party’s ideological foundation, fight against hostile views and bring the Party's Resolutions into life. Thereby it effectively contributes to constructing and protecting the Party, the renewal process, national interests, preserving a peaceful and stable environment for national development.
