Abstract: The article outlines the development process of Vietnam's legal framework for preventing and combating corruption from the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (1945) to the present day. It highlights the consistency in the viewpoint and policy of the anti-corruption struggle of the Party and the State of Vietnam. Also, it proposes specific recommendations to improve the regulations of the legal framework for preventing and combating corruption.
