02438348033 Traditional Festivals: Identification and Thought
There are about 8.000 festivals across the country, including more than 7.000 traditional ones. Hanoi has the most festivals at 1.095 while Lai Chau has the least at 17. Traditional festivals account for the majority and are very popular in many Vietnam villages. In recent years, with the improvement of social, economic and cultural life, spring festivals are restored and contribute to the preservation of cultural values and identity of each ethnic group. The identification of traditional festivals will help to solve theoretical and practical issues in festival management. This topic has been the focus of cultural researchers, managers and the general public.

This mindset inherited and promoted Vietnam’s thousand-year-old history of national construction and defense and the Marxist-Leninist perspective on the role of the people in history. It should continue to be creatively applied to the cause of national construction and defense in the new period.

This article focuses on clarifying Vietnam’s proactive innovative thinking and its active, thorough, extensive international integration from two perspectives: (1) renovating foreign policy thinking and (2) renovating international integration thinking.

Abstract: Scientific and technological human resources play a significant role in promoting the country's industrialization and modernization. They drive robust application of science and technology, innovation, leading to breakthroughs in productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the economy. The Party and State have shown special concern for building and developing scientific and technological human resources, aiming to meet the requirements of promoting the country's industrialization and modernization and international integration. The article clarifies the necessity of developing human resources in science and technology, assesses the current situation, proposes and implements practical solutions in a cohesive and consistent manner, contributing to achieving the goals of industrialization and modernization, aiming to make Vietnam a basically industrialized country by 2030 and a modern developed industrial country by 2045.
