Digital transformation in education and training of journalism - communication
Abstract: The demand for journalism - communication in general and its content production in particular is growing rapidly and continues to develop in the digital era. Both public and private organizations need to interact and engage with different groups of customers and partners via digital platforms and social media. Currently, organizations and businesses are in “hunger” for communication and content-creating employees. This demand is forecasted to skyrocket in the coming years. For journalism - communication training institutions, this presents both opportunities and obstacles. Digital transformation in journalism -communication training is not limited in digitization and technology application, but also involves urging training institutions to reassess their performance as well as training products provided to the market and the society in general.

Abstract: Democratic leadership is a subject of interest for many people from various angles. However, researchers often focus on the external forms and do not delve into the intrinsic nature and the comprehensive principles that connect the content and form. They also have not pointed out the objective relationships and development of these aspects. This paper clarifies the current situation and proposes solutions for building democratic leadership in political and social organizations.

Cyber adversaries target news agencies, attempting to undermine their systems, steal data, manipulate content, or disrupt operations. Ensuring communication security is always considered as one of the important tasks in the strategy of protecting security, political stability and economic development of countries, including Vietnam. Facing the increasingly complexity and evolution of communication security threats, countries have been promulgating many laws and implementing action plans to fight and repel intrusions domestically and abroad. The experience of some Asian countries in ensuring communication security is a practical basis for Vietnam to supplement, perfect and effectively implement promulgated policies and laws.

Abstract: (LLCT&TT) The media and the public play an active role in anti-corruption. Good national governance refers to the latest reformed version of the public administration that lays out a number of principles which include transparency, accountability, social participation and participation of the public that contributes to the formation of effective anti-corruption measures. Vietnam has been focusing on this issue in recent years when the role of the people and society in the anti-corruption process is emphasized. The document of the 13th National Congress of the Party emphasizes "Enhancing the role, promoting the active and initiative coordination of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people, enterprises and journalism in detecting and fighting corruption".
