02438348033 Directions for joining forces to protect Party’s ideological foundation and combating wrong, hostile arguments in the new context
Abstract: In addition to studying reality and developing theory, it is important to join the strength of different organizations to protect Party’s ideological foundation and combat wrong, hostile arguments. After three years of implementing Resolution 35-NQ/TW dated 22nd October 2018 by the Politburo, we have made important achievements but the new context requires smoother, more synchronous and effective cooperation of different forces, including all the organizations and individual Party members and cadres in the battle to protect Party’s ideological foundation and combat wrong, hostile views. The article discusses specific directions to encourage the cooperation among the forces in implementing this important task.

Abstract: Gender equality is one of the key criteria for assessing a society’s development; it is also an indicator of democracy, fairness, and civility in a nation. Therefore, gender equality is not only an important goal for Vietnam to strive toward but also a shared objective for all countries worldwide. Accordingly, in every policy decision, the Party and State of Vietnam have made continuous efforts to ensure and promote gender equality so that the equal rights of men and women are vividly realized in social life.

The cause of building and defending the socialist Fatherland has always faced the threat of “peaceful evolution” in ideology - a strategy carried out by hostile forces to undermine the theoretical foundation and leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The deeper objective is to incite “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party and society. Therefore, the political steadfastness and the ability of cadres and Party members to “self- protect” are vital to the revolutionary cause. This article focuses on identifying the manifestations of ideological “peaceful evolution” in the current period, while clarifying the role and proposing solutions for cadres and Party members to proactively strengthen their “self-protection”, thereby safeguarding the ideological front against new plots and malicious tactics.

Solutions for Firmly Safeguarding the Ideological Foundation of the Communist Party in the Digital Era in Vietnam Today
Abstract: In the context of the digital era marked by the rapid development of social media, the internet, and artificial intelligence, the task of safeguarding the ideological foundation of the Communist Party faces both favorable opportunities and serious challenges. In reality, there have been significant advancements in building digital portals and media platforms managed by the Party and the State, which have contributed to strengthening public trust and protecting the Party’s ideological orientation in cyberspace. However, hostile forces continue to exploit online spaces to spread false and distorted information, while the limited awareness of some officials, Party members, and young people remains a major difficulty in this effort. Based on that reality, this article proposes key solutions including enhancing the capacity for digital ideological dissemination, building a digitally competent team of propaganda and education officers, strengthening the legal and technological foundation, promoting the participation of the entire society—especially the youth—and improving coordination mechanisms among forces engaged in ideological struggle. These solutions aim to firmly safeguard the ideological foundation of the Party in the digital age, thereby meeting the requirements for the country’s sustainable development.

The development of some AI products has directly influenced every aspect of life such as manufacturing industry, transportation, services, healthcare, education, and even politics. It poses various challenges in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, combating and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints in Vietnam today

Current situation of publishing key political books to build and protect the Party's ideological foundation
Abstract: Political books play an important role in disseminating, developing, and safeguarding Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought. They also convey the Party's viewpoints and directions as well as state policies and laws into life. In recent years, publishers have effectively developed and implemented annual publishing plans based on the guidance of the Central Committee to publish valuable books in coordination with Party agencies, government, research centers, training institutions, etc. They increase quantity, enhance quality, especially focus on key political books to build and protect the Party's ideological foundation. The article analyzes the current situation of publishing key political books based on data received from surveys at 5 units: National Political Truth Publishing House, Political Theory Publishing House, People's Army Publishing House, People's Public Security Publishing House, Information and Communication Publishing House.
