eGovernment: Russia’s Experience and Viet Nam’s Prospective
The rapid development of science and technology, especially information technology in recent decades has made the digitalization of documents more popular. The application of virtual environment and space to deliver public services and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of state bodies has become an inevitable trend in the process of international integration. Countries around the world aim to apply information technology to increase the interaction between the state, people and enterprises. The construction of eGovernment has become an obvious requirement as Viet Nam needs to reform the administration. This article discusses the eGovernment experiences in Russia and propose recommendations for the development of eGovernment in Viet Nam.
