02438348033 Issues with the Diversity of Protestant Organizations and Factions in Vietnam
Protestantism is a foreign religion coming to Viet Nam since the 20th century. It has more than one million followers and is one of the religions, which have rapid increase of followers. Compared to other religions, Protestant is characterized by the diversity of organizations and factions, which is seen as its genetic feature. This diversity influences the competition or connection among these organizations and factions as well as their ritual practice and ceremony. In addition, it presents challenges for the State management of Protestants. This article discusses the diversity of organizations and factions of Protestants in Viet Nam and identifies the issues in State management of this religion.

Abstract: Population policy is one of the key areas of national governance, directly influencing the country’s sustainable development. Amid rapid socioeconomic changes, nations including Vietnam must continuously adjust their population policies to align with new realities. However, one of the decisive factors for the success of such adjustments is policy communication. Through communication, the State not only provides accurate information about policy changes but also shapes public opinion, transforms perceptions, and fosters social consensus. Therefore, studying the role of policy communication in adjusting population policy in Vietnam is crucial for understanding how communication can effectively support the formulation and implementation of population policies.

A theoretical framework to Vietnam's paradiplomacy making and implementation
Abstract: Paradiplomacy, or subnational diplomacy, has become an increasingly significant dimension of international relations in the context of globalization and decentralization. In Vietnam, local diplomacy plays a vital role in the realization of the country’s foreign policy objectives, particularly in linking security, development, and international position. This article develops a theoretical framework for understanding how Vietnam formulates and implements paradiplomatic policies. It adopts a policy analysis approach based on the “ends–means–ways” and linear model, adapted to the Vietnamese political-administrative context. The framework emphasizes both vertical coordination (top-down guidance from the central level) and horizontal interaction (bottom-up initiatives from provinces and cities), reflecting the hybrid nature of Vietnam’s paradiplomacy as both a delegated and an autonomous practice within the unified foreign policy system.

Abstract: At present, hostile forces are aggressively implementing the strategy of "peaceful evolution" with increasing intensity and urgency. Democracy and human rights are being used as pretexts to incite disorder, disrupt stability, and undermine political and social security, while also attempting to divide national unity. Their ultimate goal is to destabilize the political system, weaken, and eventually overthrow the leadership of the Communist Party, thereby eliminating the socialist regime in Vietnam.
