Marxism and Leninism on the International Character of the Communist Party and the Application by Viet Nam Communist Party (part 1)
The international character of the Communist Party stems from the historical mission of universality of the proletarian class. Keeping this in mind, K.Marx, F. Engels and V.I. Lenin identified a system of important ideas about the international character of the Communist party, actively participated in the communist and international worker movement, and established the international organizations of the proletarian class. The Communist Party of Viet Nam, which was founded and trained by President Ho Chi Minh, grasped the essence of the international character of the Communist Party, identified the directions and policies to deal with the interest relations of the class, nation and humankind, therefore, leading our revolution from one victory to another, participating actively in the world revolution movement and accelerating strong international integration.
