Political theory in Ho Chi Minh’s thought and its current implications
President Ho Chi Minh once discussed about political theory although he did not use this specific term. Ho Chi Minh’s thought encompasses the tasks of political theory, content of political theory, objectives of political theory, characteristics of political theory, and method of political theory. The full comprehension and effective implementation of directive numbered 23-CT/TW dated 9th February 2018 by the Party’s Central Secretariat about “continuing to innovate and enhance the quality, effectiveness of learning, researching and applying Marxism, Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought into the new context” is the practical application of Ho Chi Minh’s thought about political theory in our country nowadays.

Japanese culture is also rated as one of the most influential ones in the world. These achievements result from the activities of promoting the national brand, especially the role of one of the typical actors such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The article focuses on clarifying the characteristics of the activities of promoting national brand image through culture carried out by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs inrecent years.

Abstract: Today, hostile forces are daily and hourly looking for ways to damage the revolutionary cause, to propagandize slanderous statements against our Party and State. They target grassroots areas, especially in remote and isolated areas where many ethnic minorities live, especially in Central Highlands. Therefore, in order to fight against the plots of hostile forces, ethnic minorities must know how to identify them and analyze distorted claims. To do so, they need good political awareness. They must be educated, trained to raise political awareness, sharpen their awareness and ideology so as to create immunity against the plots of hostile forces, contributing to political stability and social stability.

Abstract: In the field of policy analysis, choosing the optimal policy is a key activity. Policymakers are always under pressure to choose reasonable solutions to existing social problems. Currently, there are many approaches to this activity, among which cost-benefit analysis is one of the prominent ones. Cost benefit analysis uses economic arguments to explain why one policy option is better than another. The article contributes to clarifying the contents related to the characteristics, roles, processes, advantages and disadvantages of this method in the field of policy analysis.
