President Ho Chi Minh’s View on the Four-Good Party Unit
President Ho Chi Minh once considered party units as the base of the Party and the political cell at the locality. He paid special attention to the development of “four-good” party units with regards to the requirements, tasks, orientations, objectives and political responsibility. His systematic view has both theoretical and practical significance. Therefore, the development and proliferation of the “four-good” party units is essential in constructing and reforming the Party with regards to politics, ideology, organization and revolutionary morality, in consolidating the political system and the social foundation of the party units in the current time.
