“All state power belongs to the People” is well written in Article 2 of the 2013 Constitution, which demonstrate the true nature of our society. In fact, people delegate and entrust their state power to the State. However, as state power is given in the hands of individuals, it can be utilized in a subjective way, which contradicts the original purpose. K. Mark considered it as the decline of power… Based on the findings of the KX.01.37/16-20 research project, this article emphasizes the necessity and the urgency of watching and controlling power and of clarifying the role of the media in doing so.
