02438348033 The Scheme and Tactics by the Hostile Forces to Demolish the Ideological Foundation of Young People in Vietnam in Cyberspace: Some Variations and Solutions
The cyberspace in Vietnam has rapidly developed and attracted the mass participation, especially by young people. Taking advantage of the legal loopholes, the openness of the cyberspace and the characteristics of young people, hostile forces carry out schemes and tactics to transform their ideological foundation. The article analyzes the variations of content and method by the hostile forces targeted at young people in cyberspace. It then proposes some solutions for more effective prevention and fight against the scheme of the hostile forces on three different levels: individual, national and systematic (global - international relations).

Digital transformation in higher education: analysis of the current situation and solutions for applying AI in students’ learning activities at Academy of Journalism and Communication
Abstract: Today, digital transformation in higher education has become a strategic priority. However, due to varying conditions, students’ use of artificial intelligence (AI) mainly remains at a basic level of learning activities. At the same time, concerns have been raised about the risks of limiting independent thinking and fostering overreliance on technology. This article analyzes the current situation of using AI in students’ learning activities, based on a survey of 624 students at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, to propose optimal solutions. The results reveal the level of awareness and usage of AI in learning, as well as the benefits of its application. The paper also suggests specific measures to maximize AI’s advantages and promote responsible technology use, thereby advancing a learner-centered and holistic educational model.

The cause of building and defending the socialist Fatherland has always faced the threat of “peaceful evolution” in ideology - a strategy carried out by hostile forces to undermine the theoretical foundation and leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The deeper objective is to incite “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party and society. Therefore, the political steadfastness and the ability of cadres and Party members to “self- protect” are vital to the revolutionary cause. This article focuses on identifying the manifestations of ideological “peaceful evolution” in the current period, while clarifying the role and proposing solutions for cadres and Party members to proactively strengthen their “self-protection”, thereby safeguarding the ideological front against new plots and malicious tactics.

Solutions for Firmly Safeguarding the Ideological Foundation of the Communist Party in the Digital Era in Vietnam Today
Abstract: In the context of the digital era marked by the rapid development of social media, the internet, and artificial intelligence, the task of safeguarding the ideological foundation of the Communist Party faces both favorable opportunities and serious challenges. In reality, there have been significant advancements in building digital portals and media platforms managed by the Party and the State, which have contributed to strengthening public trust and protecting the Party’s ideological orientation in cyberspace. However, hostile forces continue to exploit online spaces to spread false and distorted information, while the limited awareness of some officials, Party members, and young people remains a major difficulty in this effort. Based on that reality, this article proposes key solutions including enhancing the capacity for digital ideological dissemination, building a digitally competent team of propaganda and education officers, strengthening the legal and technological foundation, promoting the participation of the entire society—especially the youth—and improving coordination mechanisms among forces engaged in ideological struggle. These solutions aim to firmly safeguard the ideological foundation of the Party in the digital age, thereby meeting the requirements for the country’s sustainable development.

Current situation of publishing key political books to build and protect the Party's ideological foundation
Abstract: Political books play an important role in disseminating, developing, and safeguarding Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought. They also convey the Party's viewpoints and directions as well as state policies and laws into life. In recent years, publishers have effectively developed and implemented annual publishing plans based on the guidance of the Central Committee to publish valuable books in coordination with Party agencies, government, research centers, training institutions, etc. They increase quantity, enhance quality, especially focus on key political books to build and protect the Party's ideological foundation. The article analyzes the current situation of publishing key political books based on data received from surveys at 5 units: National Political Truth Publishing House, Political Theory Publishing House, People's Army Publishing House, People's Public Security Publishing House, Information and Communication Publishing House.
