Understanding the Views of Ho Chi Minh about Training Party and State Personnel in His Testament
President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament was written at the time when the resistance war against America to liberate the country faced challenges and hardship but anticipated victory. The main content of the Testament about training Party and State personnel includes development of Party and State personnel in terms of revolutionary ethics; development of the solid and unified pool of Party and State cadres; development of Party and State cadres as the leaders and the loyal servants of the people. In the current context, each and every Party and State cadre must train and educate themselves in order to realize the last wish of President Ho Chi Minh, which is also the long-lasting expectation of the people: to develop a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and prosperous country.
