V.I. Lenin: Proletarian Journalism and the Class Struggle in Russia (Part 1)
Journalism played a very important role in the struggle of the working class and the workers’ party in Russia under the leadership of V.I. Lenin. The article discusses fundamental contents, which were identified as the tasks of proletarian journalism in consolidating the workers’ movement and Marxism party, in protecting the purity of Marxism and enhancing the revolutionary awareness of the working class in building the first socialist country in the world with Soviet government. V.I. Lenin’s guiding thoughts about proletarian journalism in the class struggle in Russia presented theoretically and practically important lessons for the communist, progressive and revolutionary journalism of the world.

Abstract: Culture, which is a material and spiritual value created by nature, society and humans, is recognized, preserved and promoted by humans. Ethics are the norms set by people to regulate the activities among individuals or between individuals and social communities. Party press agencies refer to the press agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the central and local levels. Culture and ethics in the Party press agencies are the values and standards created to become the driving force and adjustment of performance for journalists to create works and products with highly communicative effectiveness. In this paper, the author discusses the factors that create cultural values and ethical standards in the Party press agencies so that the press is really the voice of the Party and State as well as a democratic and public forum for masses of people.

Abstract: Today, hostile forces are daily and hourly looking for ways to damage the revolutionary cause, to propagandize slanderous statements against our Party and State. They target grassroots areas, especially in remote and isolated areas where many ethnic minorities live, especially in Central Highlands. Therefore, in order to fight against the plots of hostile forces, ethnic minorities must know how to identify them and analyze distorted claims. To do so, they need good political awareness. They must be educated, trained to raise political awareness, sharpen their awareness and ideology so as to create immunity against the plots of hostile forces, contributing to political stability and social stability.

Abstract: In the field of policy analysis, choosing the optimal policy is a key activity. Policymakers are always under pressure to choose reasonable solutions to existing social problems. Currently, there are many approaches to this activity, among which cost-benefit analysis is one of the prominent ones. Cost benefit analysis uses economic arguments to explain why one policy option is better than another. The article contributes to clarifying the contents related to the characteristics, roles, processes, advantages and disadvantages of this method in the field of policy analysis.
