Abstract: Since its inception, propaganda work has always held a particularly important position and role in the Party's activities, bearing the mission of construction and protection of the Party. In each revolutionary period, the contingent of cadres engaged in propaganda have played important roles, contributing to significant and historically meaningful achievements in the construction and defense of the Fatherland especially in the present context when our country is facing numerous difficulties and challenges, including the threat posed by the "peaceful evolution" schemes of reactionary and hostile forces both domestically and internationally. This situation requires our propaganda staff to elevate their professional competence and expertise to meeting the demands of their tasks under new circumstances.

Some principles in identifying distortion tricks and unfounded inferences made by hostile forces, reactionaries and political opportunists
Abstract: One of the tricks that hostile and reactionary forces use to damage our Party’s ideological foundation is their distortion and unfounded inferences which lead to social suspicions and panic, shaking people's hearts and distracting the society. Their actions erode the people's confidence in the regime and the path to socialism in Vietnam, making it hard to implement the Party's guidelines and resolutions, affecting the realization of the goal of building socialism in our country. Therefore, identifying the tricks of these forces is extremely necessary. To do this, we need to effectively apply the methodological principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, which will be discussed in this article.

Abstract: In the book "Some theoretical and practical issues about socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam", General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong emphasized: Developing a socialist-oriented market economy is our Party’s fundamental and creative theoretical breakthrough as well as an important theoretical achievement after 35 years of implementing the renovation policy. The socialist-oriented market economy has really brought about positive changes in Vietnam. However, reactionary and hostile forces always seek to oppose and deny the achievements of the socialist-oriented market economy in Vietnam today. The article identifies the content that hostile reactionary forces distort and deny this model of economy in our country, and provides scientific arguments to refute and criticize wrong and hostile views.
