Ethical issues in media research in online environment
Abstract: The advance of Internet and the explosion of online technology can provide social science researchers in general and media researchers in particular with numerous attractive ways and environments for research than before. In such context, the term “online research” was introduced to distinguish researches conducted on virtual/online environment from offline traditional ones. Beside undisputed benefits, media researchers have to face with the fact that an online media research must acknowledge and solve unique issues, which are different from traditional offline research, especially with regards to research ethics and therefore, it is not advisable to apply the known routines and methods for one or several researches in the new environment.

Abstract: One of the challenges facing our Party in the current context is the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against wrong and hostile viewpoints, as stated in Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Committee. Political theory lecturers, through their lectures and research, will provide knowledge to shape and develop a scientific worldview, a revolutionary worldview, and strengthen the trust of learners in the Party's leadership and the state's policies and laws. They will equip learners with the skills to identify issues as well as counter wrong and hostile viewpoints. Therefore, political theory lecturers must develop in terms of quantity, quality, structure, expertise, professionalism, skills, capabilities, and moral qualities to meet the increasing demands of teaching and protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

Ensuring cybersecurity in electronic news agencies involves protecting information and information systems against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. Cyber adversaries target news agencies, attempting to undermine their systems, steal data, manipulate content, or disrupt operations. Thus, ensuring cybersecurity is of utmost importance and needs to be implemented comprehensively and consistently.

Ensuring communication security is always considered as one of the important tasks in the strategy of protecting security, political stability and economic development of countries, including Vietnam. Facing the increasingly complexity and evolution of communication security threats, countries have been promulgating many laws and implementing action plans to fight and repel intrusions domestically and abroad. The experience of some Asian countries in ensuring communication security is a practical basis for Vietnam to supplement, perfect and effectively implement promulgated policies and laws.

Abstract: (LLCT&TT) The media and the public play an active role in anti-corruption. Good national governance refers to the latest reformed version of the public administration that lays out a number of principles which include transparency, accountability, social participation and participation of the public that contributes to the formation of effective anti-corruption measures. Vietnam has been focusing on this issue in recent years when the role of the people and society in the anti-corruption process is emphasized. The document of the 13th National Congress of the Party emphasizes "Enhancing the role, promoting the active and initiative coordination of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people, enterprises and journalism in detecting and fighting corruption". Within the scope of this research, the author mentions the role of public opinion in the fight against corruption, the practice of implementing the role of public opinion in the fight against corruption in Vietnam today and solutions to promote the role of public opinion in anti-corruption in Vietnam today.

Implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the 12th Politburo, the press, communication and publishing agencies of the Academy have been making active contributions to protecting the Party’s ideological foundation, fighting against false and hostile views.
