02438348033 The Education of Investigative Journalists for Fighting Corruption in Vietnam Today
In Vietnam, investigative journalism plays important role in the prevention and combat of corruption. The investigative journalists and the managers of investigative projects in media organizations are the two most important actors in Vietnam investigative journalism. The number of investigative journalists in general and the investigative journalists, who fight corruption, in particular, has been on a decline, resulting in a decrease in the quantity and quality of investigative works. This research probes into the reality and proposes solutions to improve the quality of human resources for investigative journalism, which fights against corruption in Vietnam today.

Three pillars for developing a high-quality, sustainable, and humane journalism workforce to meet the demands of the era of national rise
Abstract: For nearly a century, Vietnam’s revolutionary press has accompanied the nation’s struggles for independence, freedom, renovation, and development. In the present stage when the entire nation is rising to enter a new era, the digital era, the era of deep integration and sustainable development, the press faces new, historically significant demands. Journalism must now develop “breakthroughs,” advance “straight into modernity,” and become a driving force for social progress, shaping the future, leading social change, and spreading the values of truth, goodness, and beauty. It must help build social consensus and promote a more humane and progressive society. To fulfill this mission, journalists themselves are the key factor. Press agencies and training institutions need to design and implement strategies to develop a generation of journalists who embody high quality, creativity, and humanity.

Role of higher education institutions in national innovation – international experiences and policy implications for Vietnam
Abstract: This article analyzes the pivotal role of higher education institutions within the national innovation ecosystem. Modern universities are no longer confined to traditional teaching roles, but also serve as nuclei for knowledge creation, technology transfer, and the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, the role of higher education has become even more critical. Drawing on successful models from the United States, Germany, Israel, South Korea, Singapore, and China, the article clarifies the functional pillars of higher education in shaping modern knowledge-based economies. Based on this analysis, the study proposes several breakthrough policy recommendations for Vietnam to maximize the potential of its universities, especially in the implementation of the Politburo’s Resolutions No. 57-NQ/TW and No. 71-NQ/TW.

Understanding the role of AI in user behavior analytics and content personalization: concepts, benefits and ethical considerations
Content personalization is a deciding factor that shapes modern communication on digital platforms. Organizations, particularly companies, are investing increasingly on leveraging AI in communication activities to engage with and retain users. This article investigates how AI is used to monitor, analyze and ultilize user behavior data to enhance personalized content experiences in digital environments. Research results show that in addition to the benefits that AI brings such as enhancing user experience and marketing communication effectiveness for organizations, the application of AI in content personalization also takes its toll on privacy, the "filter bubble" phenomenon, and ethical issues related to transparency and fairness. To ensure trust and sustainable development, the article emphasizes the responsible and transparent use of AI as well as maintaining compliance with data protection laws.
