Each science is defined by a system of concepts and terms. By describing the systemization of journalism terms in the Vietnamese language, the article aims to create a database for producing a dictionary of journalism terms. The writing also shows that the system of journalism terms is an indicator of the development of journalism and journalism as a science.

Understanding customer gratitude: Definitions, antecedents, and consequences
Abstract: This paper provides a comprehensive review of customer gratitude literature, examining its conceptual foundations, antecedents (customer-focal and seller-focal), consequences (cognitive, affective, and behavioral outcomes), and identifying critical gaps to advance theoretical understanding and guide future research in relationship marketing. The review identifies methodological limitations including overreliance on quantitative approaches and cross-sectional designs. Future research should employ qualitative methods, longitudinal designs, and examine gratitude in diverse cultural and sectoral contexts, particularly educational services. This paper consolidates fragmented gratitude literature, provides integrated theoretical understanding, and offers a comprehensive research agenda. It advances relationship marketing theory by systematically mapping gratitude's nomological network and identifying critical directions for theoretical and empirical advancement across diverse contexts.

Role of higher education institutions in national innovation – international experiences and policy implications for Vietnam
Abstract: This article analyzes the pivotal role of higher education institutions within the national innovation ecosystem. Modern universities are no longer confined to traditional teaching roles, but also serve as nuclei for knowledge creation, technology transfer, and the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, the role of higher education has become even more critical. Drawing on successful models from the United States, Germany, Israel, South Korea, Singapore, and China, the article clarifies the functional pillars of higher education in shaping modern knowledge-based economies. Based on this analysis, the study proposes several breakthrough policy recommendations for Vietnam to maximize the potential of its universities, especially in the implementation of the Politburo’s Resolutions No. 57-NQ/TW and No. 71-NQ/TW.

Accordingly, in every policy decision, the Party and State of Vietnam have made continuous efforts to ensure and promote gender equality so that the equal rights of men and women are vividly realized in social life.
