Irreversible truth about democracy and human rights in Vietnam
Abstract: At present, hostile forces are aggressively implementing the strategy of "peaceful evolution" with increasing intensity and urgency. Democracy and human rights are being used as pretexts to incite disorder, disrupt stability, and undermine political and social security, while also attempting to divide national unity. Their ultimate goal is to destabilize the political system, weaken, and eventually overthrow the leadership of the Communist Party, thereby eliminating the socialist regime in Vietnam.
Copyrights in press photography in Vietnam today
Copyrights in press photography in Vietnam today
Abstract: Copyright in Vietnam has been specifically regulated in the Civil Code of 2015, the Intellectual Property Law of 2005 (amended in 2009, 2019, and 2022). The creative activity of the author is the most important factor, the basis for the author's ownership rights, and is also the foundation for society to recognize the various benefits the author brings to their work. The researcher conducted a survey on the current status of copyright in press photography in Vietnam in three electronic newspapers, addressing two issues: Press photo works do not clearly demonstrate the author's creativity and editorial offices use photos without crediting the author. Consequently, three basic solutions are proposed to minimize violations of press photography copyrights.

Developing television talk show hosting skills
Developing television talk show hosting skills
Abstract: Currently, television talk shows remain one of the popular program formats on television, both worldwide and in Vietnam. Late-night talk shows or entertainment-oriented talk shows like "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" (on NBC, USA) are still among the programs that attract viewers. The official YouTube channel for this show has up to 30.5 million subscribers. In Vietnam, entertainment-oriented talk shows also receive significant attention, such as "Late-night talk" (VTV3). Additionally, programs with a more serious and analytical focus also maintain their position, like "Events and comments" (VTV1), which has been broadcasting for over 20 years. In the current competitive information landscape, watching a 15 to 30-minute talk on television is a challenge for the audience. It requires the hosts and participants, especially the show hosts, to have specific skills to make the program engaging.

Role of communication activities in Vietnamese universities
Abstract: In the context of contemporary higher education, competition among universities is becoming increasingly fierce. However, in Vietnam, research on communication in education is still limited, especially in the field of higher education, while this one is quite rich and diverse in other countries. The article presents an overview of domestic and foreign research on the communication activities of universities, thereby providing new research directions to help guide communication activities for educational institutions in Vietnam in the future.
