Some solutions to improve the quality of online political theory education at universities in Vietnam in the context of the current industrial revolution 4.0
Abstract: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has been having strong and deep effects on all fields of social life, including higher education in general and political theory education in particular. In the development trend of the era, universities in Vietnam are comprehensively renovating and implementing online training method to meet the needs of developing high-quality human resources in the digital era. Online training is considered an optimal choice in the current context. The article mentions the advantages and disadvantages when applying the online training method in political theory subjects to students of the universities in Vietnam and proposes some basic solutions to improve the quality of political theory education at universities in Vietnam in the context of the current Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Role of higher education institutions in national innovation – international experiences and policy implications for Vietnam
Abstract: This article analyzes the pivotal role of higher education institutions within the national innovation ecosystem. Modern universities are no longer confined to traditional teaching roles, but also serve as nuclei for knowledge creation, technology transfer, and the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, the role of higher education has become even more critical. Drawing on successful models from the United States, Germany, Israel, South Korea, Singapore, and China, the article clarifies the functional pillars of higher education in shaping modern knowledge-based economies. Based on this analysis, the study proposes several breakthrough policy recommendations for Vietnam to maximize the potential of its universities, especially in the implementation of the Politburo’s Resolutions No. 57-NQ/TW and No. 71-NQ/TW.

Abstract: Cultural diplomacy is increasingly demonstrating its importance in the foreign policy strategies of most countries today. It not only disseminates national cultural power but also serves as a driver of economic growth and a means to enhance influence both regionally and globally. For South Korea, its cultural diplomacy strategy - also known as public diplomacy - has seen remarkable development and notable achievements throughout the 21st century. Through this process, the cultural value system of this East Asian nation has been further consolidated, becoming both a resource and a driving force for national development. The harmonious integration of traditional and modern values in its public diplomacy strategy has provided South Korea with a strong foundation and internal strength, while also contributing to the preservation and promotion of its cultural heritage.
