02438348033 Difficulties and challenges in online teaching and learning
Abstract: Teaching and learning in general and at higher education in particular are constantly changing in the recent period. With the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide, online teaching and learning has now become the mainstream method in Vietnam and other countries. It is widely believed that online teaching should be considered as the main method that can completely or partially replace face-to-face teaching. However, online teaching involves many dilemmas that make it difficult to widely apply and replace the traditional teaching method. This article aims to clarify some of the problems encountered in online teaching and learning.

Understanding the role of AI in user behavior analytics and content personalization: concepts, benefits and ethical considerations
Content personalization is a deciding factor that shapes modern communication on digital platforms. Organizations, particularly companies, are investing increasingly on leveraging AI in communication activities to engage with and retain users. This article investigates how AI is used to monitor, analyze and ultilize user behavior data to enhance personalized content experiences in digital environments. Research results show that in addition to the benefits that AI brings such as enhancing user experience and marketing communication effectiveness for organizations, the application of AI in content personalization also takes its toll on privacy, the "filter bubble" phenomenon, and ethical issues related to transparency and fairness. To ensure trust and sustainable development, the article emphasizes the responsible and transparent use of AI as well as maintaining compliance with data protection laws.

Vocabulary, a crucial factor in language acquisition, is often considered an essential tool for second language learners because limited vocabulary can hinder successful communication. Without sufficient vocabulary, learners may struggle to use the grammar structures they have learned to communicate effectively. Rich vocabulary will greatly support learners in developing and enhancing other skills more effectively. Due to its significance, techniques to enhance vocabulary for first-year students at the Academy of Journalism and Communication will be discussed in this article with the hope of helping students become more proactive and progressive in learning English.
