The world in general and the industry of education and training, in particular, have changed every day in line with modernization, globalization and integration. There are several issues in the model of education, technology and method of teaching and learning in training publishing manpower in the world and in Viet Nam. This article discusses the trend of educating publishing manpower in the model of connection and integration.

Strengthening the “self-protection” of cadres and Party members against ideological peaceful evolution
The cause of building and defending the socialist Fatherland has always faced the threat of “peaceful evolution” in ideology - a strategy carried out by hostile forces to undermine the theoretical foundation and leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The deeper objective is to incite “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party and society. Therefore, the political steadfastness and the ability of cadres and Party members to “self- protect” are vital to the revolutionary cause. This article focuses on identifying the manifestations of ideological “peaceful evolution” in the current period, while clarifying the role and proposing solutions for cadres and Party members to proactively strengthen their “self-protection”, thereby safeguarding the ideological front against new plots and malicious tactics.

Rich vocabulary will greatly support learners in developing and enhancing other skills more effectively. Due to its significance, techniques to enhance vocabulary for first-year students at the Academy of Journalism and Communication will be discussed in this article with the hope of helping students become more proactive and progressive in learning English.
