Publicizing research projects is an obvious requirement and important solution to accelerate the development of science and technology, which is suitable to the socialism-oriented market economy. It is a requirement at the Academy of Journalism and Communication to publicize the research projects and it is important to reflect on this activity to identify the issues, design the plan and find out the effective solutions. It is also important to transfer the outcome of research and scientific management to teaching.

Abstract: Hồ Chí Minh’s thought on mass mobilization, an integral part of his overall ideology, is not only a theoretical foundation but also a guiding principle for the Communist Party of Vietnam’s mass mobilization work throughout the revolutionary stages over the past 95 years. This has resulted in remarkable achievements and built a glorious tradition. Entering the new era, amid the profound impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and globalization, along with major transformations in the economic, cultural, and social spheres, thoroughly understanding and creatively applying Hồ Chí Minh’s thought, while continuing to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the Party’s mass mobilization work, holds special significance. It contributes to strengthening the close relationship between the Party and the people, advancing national renewal, and realizing the goal of a prosperous and happy nation.

Due to its significance, techniques to enhance vocabulary for first-year students at the Academy of Journalism and Communication will be discussed in this article with the hope of helping students become more proactive and progressive in learning English.
