The Metropolitan Government Model of Ho Chi Minh Today
Vietnam has five central cities, in which Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh are two special urban ones. In specifying the Party resolution about establishing metropolitan government, on 6 July 2012, the Politburo organized a meeting and discussed the implementation of Resolution No 20-NQ/TW (9th Tenure) about the directions and tasks of developing Ho Chi Minh city towards 2020. The Politburo allowed Ho Chi Minh city to implement pilot programs with emerging issues in the city; to design and implement the pilot project of the metropolitan government. In the writing, the author analyzes the implementation of the pilot model of the metropolitan government of Ho Chi Minh city and proposes solutions to build it as a complete and effective model.

Focusing on overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, making best efforts to restore and develop national socio-economy
Communist Review - Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the viewpoint of implementing "a dual task": ensuring safety for people's lives and health as well as maintaining production and business and ensuring social security, minimizing damage; a number of solutions to prevent and control the pandemic and remove difficulties in production and business have been implemented drastically and synchronously by both the political system and the Vietnamese people. As the head of the Government, I would like to share and hope that we together are determined to take advantage of the opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges to achieve the best results this year and years to come.

Opportunities and challenges of the cultural development cause in Vietnam to 2030
Communist Review - Culture plays a vital role in a country’s development process. As noted by the Party, culture serves as a spiritual foundation of the society. It is not only the ultimate goal, but also the driving force of socio-economy development of a nation. As the government is reviewing the National Strategy for the Development of Cultural Industries in Vietnam to 2020, the accurate and objective assessment of cultural development over the years, therefore, provides a scientific basis for the planning of policies in the coming time.
