The Role of Media in Fighting Illegal Trafficking of Wild Animals
In recent years, Vietnam emerged as the consumers of wild animals and the destination in the transnational network of wild animal trafficking. Vietnam has made an important contribution in transferring, saving and protecting rare wild animals and in keeping the biological diversity and the genes of rare wild animals. This long and tough journey requires the active participation of media organizations in promoting the policy and regulations about the protection of wild animals and the in preventing the illegal trafficking of wild animals by providing timely information about the problem, identifying the causes and proposing the solutions.

Understanding customer gratitude: Definitions, antecedents, and consequences
Abstract: This paper provides a comprehensive review of customer gratitude literature, examining its conceptual foundations, antecedents (customer-focal and seller-focal), consequences (cognitive, affective, and behavioral outcomes), and identifying critical gaps to advance theoretical understanding and guide future research in relationship marketing. The review identifies methodological limitations including overreliance on quantitative approaches and cross-sectional designs. Future research should employ qualitative methods, longitudinal designs, and examine gratitude in diverse cultural and sectoral contexts, particularly educational services. This paper consolidates fragmented gratitude literature, provides integrated theoretical understanding, and offers a comprehensive research agenda. It advances relationship marketing theory by systematically mapping gratitude's nomological network and identifying critical directions for theoretical and empirical advancement across diverse contexts.

Focusing on overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, making best efforts to restore and develop national socio-economy
Communist Review - Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the viewpoint of implementing "a dual task": ensuring safety for people's lives and health as well as maintaining production and business and ensuring social security, minimizing damage; a number of solutions to prevent and control the pandemic and remove difficulties in production and business have been implemented drastically and synchronously by both the political system and the Vietnamese people. The results achieved in the first 6 months of 2020 are clear and positive; however, in the context of extremely complicated disease development, people and businesses still face many difficulties; obviously, we still have a lot to do. As the head of the Government, I would like to share and hope that we together are determined to take advantage of the opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges to achieve the best results this year and years to come.
