The Role of Education and Training in Developing Capacity for Vietnamese People

In Viet Nam, education and training are not only the leading national policy for economic and social development but also the most important tool to formulate people’s capacity and enhance the quality of human resources. In the last few years, although education and training have gained important achievements in developing the capacity of Vietnamese people, there remains limitations. Therefore, it is important to implement the set of solutions to enhance the role of education and training in developing the capacity of Vietnamese people, who can meet the requirements of the new context.
