Traditional and modern family values pursued by young adults in the current context (A study of students in Hanoi)
Abstract: On analyzing survey data among 260 student participants related to their perspectives on marriage and family values, this article elucidates the traditional and modern family values that young people support and aspire to in the current context. The research results show that the desire to marry and start a family remains a prevalent trend among students. The majority of students choose to selectively embrace positive traditional values from Vietnamese families while tending to reject outdated values. Furthermore, the younger generation also adopts modern family values that align with the evolving characteristics and trends in society.

The key to this victory was the Party's consistent pursuit of national independence and socialism, effectively addressing the tasks of anti-imperialism and anti-feudalism.

Abstract: Work motivation for individuals and the responsibility to create work motivation for the public administrative workforce plays a crucial role in maintaining and developing the state administrative apparatus and system. Within organizations responsible for enforcing state power, managing various social sectors, and providing public services, work motivation is a critical aspect of managing the public administrative workforce. However, the process of generating work motivation for the public administrative workforce is influenced by various factors. Therefore, in order to enhance the efficiency of administrative agencies, attention must be paid to this issue. Work motivation has depth and a broad scope, and this article only contributes to pointing out the influencing factors and proposing solutions for generating work motivation for the public administrative workforce in Vietnam today.

This contributes to safeguarding the Party's ideological foundation, refuting wrong and hostile viewpoints, and leading the Vietnamese revolution to steady progress.

However, in reality, the line between social criticism and professional ethics is quite thin and unclear. By overviewing theories on supervision and constructive social criticism of the press, the article will analyze the ethical foundation for the press’s effectiveness in public opinion monitoring and social criticism today.

Abstract: Today, hostile forces are daily and hourly looking for ways to damage the revolutionary cause, to propagandize slanderous statements against our Party and State. They target grassroots areas, especially in remote and isolated areas where many ethnic minorities live, especially in Central Highlands. Therefore, in order to fight against the plots of hostile forces, ethnic minorities must know how to identify them and analyze distorted claims. To do so, they need good political awareness. They must be educated, trained to raise political awareness, sharpen their awareness and ideology so as to create immunity against the plots of hostile forces, contributing to political stability and social stability.

Abstract: Culture, which is a material and spiritual value created by nature, society and humans, is recognized, preserved and promoted by humans. Ethics are the norms set by people to regulate the activities among individuals or between individuals and social communities. Party press agencies refer to the press agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the central and local levels. Culture and ethics in the Party press agencies are the values and standards created to become the driving force and adjustment of performance for journalists to create works and products with highly communicative effectiveness. In this paper, the author discusses the factors that create cultural values and ethical standards in the Party press agencies so that the press is really the voice of the Party and State as well as a democratic and public forum for masses of people.

These achievements result from the activities of promoting the national brand, especially the role of one of the typical actors such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
