Abstract: The digital age with breakthroughs in data collection has rapidly created big data, allowing media subjects to easily identify the public. This is the basis for personalizing the audience receiving media information. The digital age has not only created the foundation but also posed an indispensable requirement for political communication in Vietnam to develop in the direction of personalization. The article initially identifies the trend of personalized political communication based on big data. The author examines a number of successful personalization-oriented political communication campaigns in Vietnam recently and thereby presents some issues in Vietnam.

Abstract: Nowadays, protecting the ideological and theoretical foundations of international Communist parties and workers on a global scale has become an important task in the research and teaching of Scientific Socialism, which is one of the three components constituting Marxism - Leninism. In Vietnam, that task becomes even more urgent when our country is carrying out the Doi Moi process, actively integrating into the world in the context of strong globalization with intertwined opportunities and challenges; especially when hostile, reactionary and opportunistic forces are making false arguments to distort and negate the Party’s theoretical foundation and the path to socialism in our country today.
Some principles in identifying distortion tricks and unfounded inferences made by hostile forces, reactionaries and political opportunists
Abstract: One of the tricks that hostile and reactionary forces use to damage our Party’s ideological foundation is their distortion and unfounded inferences which lead to social suspicions and panic, shaking people's hearts and distracting the society. Their actions erode the people's confidence in the regime and the path to socialism in Vietnam, making it hard to implement the Party's guidelines and resolutions, affecting the realization of the goal of building socialism in our country. Therefore, identifying the tricks of these forces is extremely necessary. To do this, we need to effectively apply the methodological principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, which will be discussed in this article.

In this article, on the basis of clarifying the content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on children's rights and the reality of children's rights in Vietnam during the Doi Moi period, the author proposes a system of solutions to improve the quality of children's rights basing on Ho Chi Minh's thought.

The author proposes specific issues such as: the shortcomings of the methodological content of Party History; the lecture structure related to people's national democratic revolution and the socialist revolution... In recent years, policy makers and press agencies have cooperated in policy communication process, however, in some government ministries, policy communication activities have been neglected. Through mass communication channels with different characteristics and functions, the Government's policies will be widely spread to everyone in the society. Economic policies of the Party and Government are communicated to the people through mass media channels, so communicating policies to the public is the essential task of press agencies in Vietnam.
