Defending Party’s ideological foundation is actually protecting the Party, the political credo, Party’s directions, Marxism, Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought at the same time reinforcing people’s trust in the Party, ideological foundation of the Party and working class in Vietnam. This is achieved not only with theoretical arguments, words or resolution but also with practical actions, “consistency of words and actions”, construction and reform of the Party in order to make our party a scientific, revolutionary and human one of the working class and the nation.

Abstract: This study investigates the factors influencing Generation Z's purchase intentions in the cosmetics industry on TikTok, with a focus on the role of digital influencers. With the rapid growth of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, influencers have emerged as powerful drivers of consumer behavior. Using a case study approach to High Schools and Universities in Hanoi, this research aims to identify and analyze the factors that shape Generation Z's purchase intentions when exposed to digital influencers promoting cosmetics on TikTok. The study employs a mixed-methods design, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative techniques to provide a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. Through surveys, in-depth interviews, and content analysis of TikTok videos, data will be collected to examine the impact of digital influencers' expertise, trustworthiness, attractiveness, product fit, and similarity on Generation Z's purchase intentions. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing literature on influencer marketing and consumer behavior, offering insights into effective strategies for cosmetics brands targeting Generation Z consumers on TikTok.

Abstract: To successfully accomplish the task of “firmly defending the Party’s ideological foundation and effectively countering wrongful and hostile viewpoints,” a comprehensive system of solutions is required, of which a particularly crucial one is promoting the strength of the people. This article focuses on analyzing the role and immense power of the people- the decisive factor in the victory of every revolution, including today’s endeavor to defend the Party’s ideological foundation. It also examines the new historical context and the demands it places on defending the Party’s ideological foundation, thereby proposing solutions to further promote the people’s role and strength in the new situation.

In each revolutionary period, the contingent of cadres engaged in communication have played important roles, contributing to historically significant and meaningful achievements in the construction and defense of the Fatherland especially in the present context when our country is facing numerous difficulties and challenges, including the threat posed by the “peaceful evolution” schemes of reactionary and hostile forces both domestically and internationally. This situation requires our communication staff to elevate their professional competence and expertise to meeting the demands of their tasks under new circumstances.

Abstract: Recently, hostile forces and political opportunists have taken advantage of some cases related to corruption as well as moral and political degradation among officials, party members. They describe these cases as common phenomena, or as the nature of the cadres in our Party and State. They argue that the real essence of the fight against corruption and degradation is a “political purge”. Therefore, identifying and combating wrong and hostile views on this issue is of great significance in protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the current period.
