Some Issues on Rule of Law Socialist State
The 12th National Party Congress stated that “Continuing to construct and improve the rule of law Socialist state led by the Party is the central task in innovating the political system”. On the one hand, the construction of the rule of law Socialist state is a new and unprecedented issue in our country. On the other hand, the rule of law state is different from country to country, depending on their historical, cultural and social characteristics. Therefore, it is important to understand the content, nature and requirements of the rule of law state in order to build one, which is characterized and customized to the requirement of Viet Nam. In order to clarify those requirements, in this article the author discusses the characteristics of the rule of law state, the understanding and views of the Party on rule of law Socialist state and the challenges for building the rule of law state in Viet Nam today.

Since its inception, communication work has always held a particularly important position and role in the Party's activities, bearing the mission of construction and protection of the Party. In each revolutionary period, the contingent of cadres engaged in communication have played important roles, contributing to historically significant and meaningful achievements in the construction and defense of the Fatherland especially in the present context when our country is facing numerous difficulties and challenges, including the threat posed by the “peaceful evolution” schemes of reactionary and hostile forces both domestically and internationally. This situation requires our communication staff to elevate their professional competence and expertise to meeting the demands of their tasks under new circumstances.

Criticizing the viewpoint regarding the fight against corruption and degradation within the Party and the State as a "political purge"
Abstract: Recently, hostile forces and political opportunists have taken advantage of some cases related to corruption as well as moral and political degradation among officials, party members. They describe these cases as common phenomena, or as the nature of the cadres in our Party and State. They argue that the real essence of the fight against corruption and degradation is a “political purge”. Therefore, identifying and combating wrong and hostile views on this issue is of great significance in protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the current period.
