Vietnam and US Relations: From “Former Foe to Comprehensive Partner”
Vietnam and US bilateral relations have gone through a long way of healing and has not been “easy for both” since the normalization of diplomatic ties. During recent years, the relations between the two countries have seen remarkable development. In July 2013, Vietnam President Truong Tan Sang and US President Barack Obama issued the common statement about the “comprehensive partnership”. Vietnam and US comprehensive partnership has been regarded as the outcome of gradual development in the bilateral relationship since the Cold War ended and as the result of the US strategy of “rebalancing Asia”, which really contributed to the development of the relations between the two countries.

Current situation and solutions for digital transformation in journalism and communication training institutions in Vietnam
Abstract: It can be affirmed that digital transformation is an inevitable trend in higher education. It not only helps optimize management, reform teaching processes and methods, and enhance the digital competencies of both instructors and learners, but also responds to the evolving needs of students and society. For journalism and communication training institutions in particular, promoting digital transformation must be intensified both in breadth and depth. This article discusses the current state and proposes solutions for digital transformation at journalism and communication higher education institutions in Vietnam, thereby providing an overview of the digital transformation landscape in this field.
