Vietnam- Laos education cooperation from 2011 to present: reality and solutions
Abstract: Education is a field that receives special attention from the Communist Parties as well as the Governments of Vietnam and Laos. Cooperation in education and training is identified as an important task and a strategic field contributing to the development of the friendly relationship between the two countries. Recently Vietnam - Laos education relations have achieved encouraging outcomes. However, there are still some limitations that need to be resolved. The article clearly shows the situation of Vietnam - Laos relations in the field of education from 2011 to present.

Abstract: Population policy is one of the key areas of national governance, directly influencing the country’s sustainable development. Amid rapid socioeconomic changes, nations including Vietnam must continuously adjust their population policies to align with new realities. However, one of the decisive factors for the success of such adjustments is policy communication. Through communication, the State not only provides accurate information about policy changes but also shapes public opinion, transforms perceptions, and fosters social consensus. Therefore, studying the role of policy communication in adjusting population policy in Vietnam is crucial for understanding how communication can effectively support the formulation and implementation of population policies.

Without sufficient vocabulary, learners may struggle to use the grammar structures they have learned to communicate effectively. Rich vocabulary will greatly support learners in developing and enhancing other skills more effectively. Due to its significance, techniques to enhance vocabulary for first-year students at the Academy of Journalism and Communication will be discussed in this article with the hope of helping students become more proactive and progressive in learning English.
