Communication is the continuous process of exchanging, sharing information, emotions, skills to establish an interpersonal connection and to change people’s awareness and behaviours. For areas of ethnic minorities, communication has played an important role in shaping the thought, enhancing public education, providing entertainment, management, control and social supervision… therefore, helping local people to eradicate poverty and hunger, improve their economic conditions and maintain civilized life. In addition to the achievements, communication in areas of ethnic minorities has seen shortcomings, which must be solved to enhance the effectiveness of communication.
