Digital transformation in journalism: opportunities, challenges and solutions from management perspective
Abstract: Along with the “National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, orientation to 2030” approved by the government in June 2020, digital transformation in journalism is also of the State’s special interest. The draft decision of the Prime Minister approving the plan for the period 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050 on developing networks of journalism, radio, television, websites and publishing houses clearly states the goal: “By 2030, 100% of news agencies will carry out digital transformation”. In journalism, digital transformation is a turning point, presenting an opportunity to completely change the quality of the newspaper and public perception; however, it comes with many challenges that require solutions to handle from the management perspective.

Role of the State in ensuring gender equality in ethnic minority areas in Vietnam
Abstract: Taking advantage of ethnic and religious issues to oppose the Communist Party of Vietnam and the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a conspiracy of hostile forces. Article 26 of the 2013 Constitution affirms that male and female citizens are equal in all aspects. The State has policies to ensure gender equality rights and opportunities. The State, society and family create conditions for women to develop comprehensively and promote their roles in society; prohibiting gender discrimination. Over the past time, the implementation of gender equality across the country in general and ethnic minority areas in particular has achieved outstanding achievements. The State's success in ensuring gender equality in ethnic minority areas is undeniable.

Abstract: In the context of a fast-moving world under the influence of the 4.0 industrial revolution, non-traditional security issues have become destabilizing factors affecting national security, and also pose new challenges to regional and international peace and stability. United Nation statistics show non-traditional security is facing dozens of threats. In particular, there are issues that need special attention and effective solutions to proactively prevent and respond such as terrorism, drugs, hackers, environmental disasters, epidemics, human trafficking, illegal migration, especially violations of cyber sovereignty, cyber security, high-tech crime, etc. In this article, the solutions emphasized by the author include human resources, material resources, policies, especially technological solutions.
