Abstract: The Vietnamese people have had many great thinkers, but Ho Chi Minh was the only one who had complete and original thought and used it to change the course of history. This article first shows Ho Chi Minh’s ability to perceive the epoch correctly and then explains the factors that made his thinking immortal. These interpretations aim to affirm the great value of Ho Chi Minh’s thought in the present era and refutes the many attempts to misrepresent Ho Chi Minh, who is a great man of “intellectual, wisdom and courage” of the Vietnamese nation.

Abstract: Political science has rapidly developed and significantly contributed to the cause of national building, protection and development. However, there have been no specialized works discussing linguistic style of political science, or the expressive form of political science works. The article introduces the linguistic features of scientific style in general and political science style in particular. By affirming the role of political science’s linguistic style, it is expected to help develop skills in using political science’s linguistic style accurately, appropriately and efficiently.

Improving the quality of political theory teaching is one of the importantsolutions to protect the Party’s ideological foundation in the new situation.Therefore, political theory lecturers need to practice their political qualities andsteadfastness, improve their professional qualifications and develop basic teachingskills such as lecture preparation, lesson implementation, and abilities in assessingpolitical theory learning outcomes. In the process of teaching political theory, theseabilities are inextricably linked. The training of these skills requires attention andsupport from training institutions and lecturers’ determination.

Promoting roles and responsibilities of Party members in defending the Party's ideological foundation in cyberspace nowadays
During the process of leading the revolution, the Communist Party of Vietnam has determined that the Party's ideological building is the key issue that directly relates to the survival of the Party. The good implementation of the Party's ideological building not only improves the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members but also well exercises the principle of democratic centralism and helps unify the will and actions in each party organization. During the 4.0 industrial revolution, hostile forces use evil-minded conspiracies to oppose the Party's leadership role and propagate against the Party's ideological foundation. Therefore, beside launching movements throughout the Party and promoting roles and responsibilities of Party members, it is essential to defend and promote Party's ideology to effectively fight against wrong and hostile views, especially in cyberspace.

Abstract: Ho Chi Minh's cultural philosophy is a system of scientific, revolutionary and theoretical viewpoints on culture and the construction of Vietnamese culture. It resulted from creative application and development of Marxism-Leninism into the specific conditions of Vietnam. It inherited and developed the nation’s traditional values while acquiring humanity's cultural essence. This is a heritage of tremendous value both theoretically and practically for Vietnam's revolution. In this article, the author analyzes the essence of Ho Chi Minh's cultural philosophy and clarifies certain fundamental orientations of Vietnamese Communist Party on building an advanced culture imbued with the cultural identity in current conditions.
