Building a society in which everyone is fully enjoying human rights is the goal of a revolution led by the working-class political parties. From the time he went overseas to find out a way to liberate the country until he passed away, Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh was persevered and resoluted in fighting for the human rights of the Vietnamese people in particular and humanity in general. He founded the Communist Party of Vietnam, led the Vietnamese people to fight against invading forces, gainedindependence, freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity for the country. Human rights of Vietnamese people are solemnly proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence, announcing the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
