Abstract: The national innovative startup ecosystem is gradually improving, creating a connection between the community and the whole society and promoting the country's socio-economic development. Within that ecosystem, universities play an important role in providing, connecting, and fostering innovative entrepreneurship. In recent years, a number of universities in Hanoi have been at the forefront in building models to support start-up activities and have created a good environment to nurture and develop students’ startup ideas. From these experiences, it is possible to propose some solutions to promote creative start-ups at the Academy of Journalism and Communication in the coming time.

Role of communication activities in Vietnamese universities
Abstract: In the context of contemporary higher education, competition among universities is becoming increasingly fierce. When the Ministry of Education and Training tends to increase autonomy for universities, enhancing communication activities helps higher education institutions improve their reputation and enrollment efficiency. However, in Vietnam, research on communication in education is still limited, especially in the field of higher education, while this one is quite rich and diverse in other countries. The article presents an overview of domestic and foreign research on the communication activities of universities, thereby providing new research directions to help guide communication activities for educational institutions in Vietnam in the future.

Assessment plays a role in measuring and evaluating teaching and learning effectiveness as well as providing feedback to adjust programs and activities. Although the innovation of teaching methods and curriculum content has long been a priority in higher education reform, improvement in assessment is still not given enough attention. Ensuring that the forms and methods of assessment are consistent with the subject learning outcomes is one of the urgent requirements to guarantee the correct measurement of learning results and to orient the teaching and learning process.
